For the past decade, I have been fully immersed in the latest developments in UX design and data visualization through teaching, training, and professional practice. As a co-founder and Creative Director for The Agency at Quinnipiac University, I have mentored students and consulted with local non-profits to global corporations. Data visualization and information design
From explaining scientific processes visually to bringing community and organizational data to life, I am passionate about making information more accessible. Through a human-centered approach, I strive to be the link between data collected in the physical world and the potential insights gained by a general audience.
UX and UI design (wireframes; low to high-fidelity prototypes)
My background in graphic and interactive design assures that a positive user experience is gained through thoughtful interactions, color use, typography, and graphic systems. I have experience working and teaching in Sketch, InVision, Figma, Adobe XD, and Marvel (for paper prototyping).
Graphic systems and multichannel design
I help teams working with multiple channels of design (print, web, social media, apps, etc) find a common visual language to apply across channels to strengthen their brand. Through strategic development of defined colors, type, graphic treatments, and iconography, I guide groups in finding consistency that resonates with their audience.
